Volume 35 Pricing*

Domestic (U.S. & Puerto Rico) Subscriptions: $35/year.

Foreign Subscriptions: $48/year.

All subscriptions are renewed automatically unless cancellation is requested in writing. Subscribers will receive an invoice once per year.

*All prices include shipping; however, a $2.25 service fee is added to all orders made through PayPal.

To subscribe to begin receiving print copies of the Journal, starting from Issue 1 of the most recent Volume, we offer two payment options.

By Credit Card: as a courtesy to our subscribers, the Journal now accepts credit card payments through PayPal.
